1. Terms of Service
By submitting branding requests or purchasing custom corporate gifts from ALBATOOL, based in the United Arab Emirates, you agree to comply with our commercial terms.
All specifications, digital logo vectors, and alignment preferences provided by the client are considered final upon payment. We reserve the right to decline print requests that infringe copyright laws or local regulatory standards.
2. Customisation & Proofing
Corporate branding requires absolute precision. Our standard workflow includes:
- Digital layout layout sheet approvals prior to physical production lines initialization.
- Requirement of high-resolution vector artwork files (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF vectors).
- Pre-arranged physical sample setups upon requests for orders exceeding 1,000 units.
3. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Because promotional items are tailored with bespoke company logos, and permanently altered:
- Customized goods are non-refundable and cannot be returned once production is completed and delivered.
- Exchanges or refunds are exclusively issued in cases of verified manufacturing flaws or delivery discrepancies, which must be reported in writing within 48 hours of cargo arrivals.
- Non-customized blank stock packages remain subject to a 10% restocking charge upon pre-approved returns.
4. Payment & Billing Terms
Our corporate invoices are transacted in **USD ($)** currency. We accommodate secure checkout transactions through the following verified payment gateways:
- Credit and Debit Card Networks (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay).
- Mobile Payment integrations (Apple Pay, Google Pay / Google Play).
- Corporate Wire Transfers (available for verified UAE accounts on invoice terms).
Standard order orders are initiated upon receiving a 50% deposit payment, with the remaining 50% balance cleared prior to delivery dispatch coordinates.
5. Privacy & Data Security
We secure your company information, emails, contact listings, and brand assets. Brand assets are exclusively used for custom production coordinates and never leased or shared with external parties.
