2. Ethical Sourcing & Fair Labor Declaration

We require our supply chain and manufacturing facilities to operate ethically. We guarantee that:

• No child labor, forced labor, or involuntary prison labor is utilized at any stage of material sourcing or item assembly.
• All warehouse and printing facility employees are paid fair wages, provided safe work environments, and work under fair hours in compliance with UAE labor regulations.
• No gender-based, religious, or nationality-based discrimination is tolerated within our corporate divisions or vendor networks.

3. Environmental & Sustainability Pledge

We recognize that corporate gifting should not harm the environment. We pledge to:

• Increase the availability of eco-friendly gifting categories, focusing on items made from renewable bamboo, cork, organic cotton, and FSC-certified recycled paperboard.
• Reduce single-use plastic wraps in our gift boxes, replacing them with recycled custom cardboard inserts.
• Dispose of ink residues, laser engraving dust, and scrap metal responsibly according to Dubai Municipality environmental waste standards.
